As we age the elasticity and muscles weaken around the eye area causing loose skin to accumulate. The fat that cushions the eyes in the socket moves forward forming folds and bags in the eyelids. Water accumulation or oedema causes puffy eyes and is caused by poor lymphatic circulation and increased capillary permeability. Eyeseryl is a tetrapeptide that works on significantly reducing both eye bag volume and dark circles. It has anti-oedema properties and a proven efficacy in reducing puffy eye bags. It also enhances skin elasticity, skin smoothness and shows a decongesting effect. It can be used where a reduction of puffiness under the eye is desired. Studies performed at a low concentration of 1% (we use 8.63%) revealed a reduction and improvement in as little as 15 days.
