A natural saturated fat pressed from the seeds of the fruit of the cacao bean, rich in oleic, stearic and palmitic fatty acids, it contains sterols, tannins and pigments. It is a gentle emollient that is readily absorbed into the skin. Cocoa butter contains natural antioxidants. It is naturally rich in Vitamin E as well as a number of other vitamins and minerals.
